Creates a flash snow storm that covers
everything in medium range (e.g. 20x20
area). There will be a continual fall of
thick snowflakes, and the ground will
covered in a light layer of snow.
RangedAttacks are at -5 within this area
and visibility is generally reduced. The
storm will fade within minutes, and the
snow will generally melt off within an hour.

Ice Sculpt

Take ice, water, or even the humidity in
the air and shape it into the form that you
desire. This is a moderately slow process;
1 cubic foot of sculpting would take 20
seconds given a ready supply of water. The
sculpting takes longer if you want fine
detail in the work. The result is not
magical, but is potentially beautiful and
useful. E.g. crafting an ice door, an ice
raft, and ice bridge, etc.

Entombs the PC in a 5 foot thick layer of
ice. The PC cannot act until they escape
the ice. If the PC wants, they can
relatively rapidly melt out of the ice (5
turns). Alternatively, they can make peace
with the ice, enter a state of suspended
animation, and only regain consciousness
once the ice has melted away. The PC needs
to decide which course to take soon after
this is cast. Waiting too long to choose a
course of action can lead to a quick
suffocation.
